He has a Masters degree in Business and Public Administration with and emphasis in Finance/Underwriting & HR. He is an Alumni of the University of Florida, The University of South Florida, Barry University and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. McClure founded several Healthcare Firms where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He has served to represent the citizens of St Johns County and St Augustine (America's oldest city) and manage an billion dollar budget.. Saul is originally from Honduras and has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from St Thomas University in Miami. His passion for IT in Healthcare became evident when he and Bill met while installing the "Fax Recall" system, the first automated faxback system that payers used to send benefit details to health providers when the world wide web was just beginning. Saul is an expert at installing and maintaining Claim Adjudication Systems, Fax Recall and MediWeb/MediWorks Systems, Electronic Medical Records, and now is building the first cybersecure enterprise system using blockchain encryption with real-time data on the Benefit Logistics platform.
